The details

What's worth knowing before you decide

The three numbers you see are each package’s starting point. The closed number reaches you in writing in the proposal, before you sign anything, and it comes out of what your project actually needs. If you like, we'll go through it together in twenty minutes and you'll come out knowing which one you fall into.

The three prices are in dollars and they're for our work. The domain, the email and the hosting you buy yourself: we take them out together on the kickoff call, with your details and your card, and they're in your name from day one. They cost roughly eighty to a hundred and twenty dollars a year depending on the domain you pick, they go straight to the provider, and we don't add anything on top.

What counts as a round of revisions

A round is one list, sent all at once. You go through the whole site calmly, note down everything you want changed, and send it to us together.

Four separate messages over the course of a week are four rounds, not one. It isn't to punish you: it's so you can review properly before writing. When changes arrive one at a time, each one means redoing work that was already finished, and the site ends up later and worse. One list is better for both of us.

  • Express2 to 3 revisionsExtra round: $50
  • Business5 revisionsExtra round: $50
  • ProUnlimited revisions

How payment works

On Express and Business, 50% and 50%: half to start and half on delivery, before it goes live.

On Pro, 40%, 30% and 30%: at the start, halfway through and on delivery. It's a longer project and payment follows the actual progress.

The domain and hosting go in your name

We register them with your details and your card, in front of you, on the kickoff call. They never end up in our name.

This is the most important thing on this list. It means the site is genuinely yours: if tomorrow you want to work with someone else, you leave with everything and you don't have to ask our permission or wait for us to reply. There are agencies that register the domain in their own name precisely so you can't do that.

After the 30 days

When the guarantee runs out you can carry on with us by the month, or not. Both plans have a closed price — no “from” — and the second one contains the first.

Care

$100/mo

No minimum

  • Whatever content changes you ask for: hours, prices, photos, text. Up to 2 hours a month
  • Any fault on the site, fixed at no cost and as many times as it takes
  • We keep an eye on the domain and the hosting, and warn you before they expire

Care + SEO

$200/mo

3-month minimum

  • Everything in Care
  • Your Google Business Profile: we set it up, fill it in and keep it alive
  • Two posts a month on that profile and a new article on your site
  • We help you ask for reviews, and we answer the ones that come in
  • A monthly report on which searches are bringing you people

What no plan covers: new sections, new features and redesigns. That's building, not maintenance, and it's quoted separately before we start. The 2 hours don't roll over from one month to the next; if you need more in a given month, a single hour is $50.

Still got a question? Write to us and we'll clear it up in twenty minutes.

Open full screen

This shows the scope of the package, not its price. Every project is quoted separately.

Full 30-day guarantee.

For the first 30 days after your site goes live, any error or fault gets fixed at no cost and as many times as it takes. If something we delivered doesn't work the way we promised, we fix it. Full stop.

It applies the same to Express, Business and Pro.

Before you ask

What everyone asks on the first call

They're all answered below, in full. If yours isn't here, write to us and we'll answer it anyway.

How long does it take?

It depends on the package: Express is the quickest and Pro the longest, because they’re sites of very different sizes. You get the exact date in writing in the proposal, along with the price.

What we can tell you now is when the clock starts: when we have your content, not when you sign. That’s the part that runs late most often, so on the call we tell you exactly what we need from you.

Is the site mine?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting is in your name, and we hand you every password the day we go live. If tomorrow you want to leave and work with someone else, you take the whole site with you and you don’t have to ask us for anything.

We don’t work with rented sites or with platforms you can’t get out of.

What happens after the 30 days?

The site stays yours and keeps working. What ends is fixing errors at no cost.

If you want us to stay on top of it — menu changes, new photos, new sections — we have monthly maintenance and we quote it separately. If you don’t want it, nothing happens: nobody is going to switch your site off.

Why does it cost this much?

Because a three-hundred-dollar site gets put together from a template in an afternoon: it looks like twenty other businesses’ sites and takes five seconds to open on your customer’s phone. What we charge for is the time to design it for your business and build it so it genuinely loads fast.

And if the budget is somewhere else today, start with Express and grow later. The site is built so things can be added to it, not so you have to throw it away and start again.

Do I need hosting?

Yes, and you don’t have to work anything out: we take out the domain, the email and the hosting together on the kickoff call. We set them up and get them running; you just put in your details and your card, so they’re in your name from day one.

They’re paid to the provider, not to us, and they’re not inside the package price. Between domain and hosting they come to roughly eighty to a hundred and twenty dollars a year, depending on the domain you pick: a .com.pa costs considerably more than a .com. We give you the exact number in the proposal and we don’t resell it to you with a markup.

Do you help with the content?

With the text, yes: we write it from the call and you approve it. It’s included in all three packages.

Photos are different. If you have your own photos we edit them and make them light for mobile. If you don’t, we tell you what you need and we can point you to someone, but the photo shoot isn’t included in any package.

What if I don't like it?

That’s what the round of revisions is for: you see the site before it goes live and you tell us what to change.

If after that we’re still far from what you wanted, we’re not going to make you publish something that doesn’t represent you. We sit down, work out what went wrong and fix it until it’s right.

We’d rather tell you this now than leave you wondering.
